Long distance relationship? No problem.
Two things we learned from this couple:
1. Adams seemingly lived and breathed the mantra, "if there's a will, there's a way." Even if Adams is 2,355 kms away from Ann, he'll always go where his heart belongs, no matter the challenges. His efforts have paid off and now he's with the love of his life.
2. Sometimes, you don't need a long time to finally realize who you want to spend your life with. You'll do anything and everything to be with that person. And persistence is key to go after what your heart desires.
Congratulations and best wishes once again, Ann and Adams!
He is Crystal's first.
And last love.
She is Shailesh's greatest love.
The light and love of his life.
On their wedding day, they brought their families and loved ones together. For the first time too.
Love and family knows no geographical boundaries, race or language.

Our favorite detail from this wedding was Mau’s "something blue." It’s the line written at the back of her dress - “Always better when we’re together.”
It is meaningful because of the story behind it, and it’s also special in various levels.
Their loved ones came together and seemingly caught up to their heart’s content, in light of the past two years of longing. It’s always better when the family and friends come together to celebrate such a life-changing milestone, share much-awaited stories and laughter.
After about two years of postponement, it’s indeed better to celebrate together, at this time. A lot of friends and family went on leave from work and Lau also came home from the US, among others. EJ and Mau were the epitome of a chill couple, who wanted to savor their day and relish this time to connect with loved ones once again.
To the most chill couple ever, kampaaay!

Kate and Richard, who met in Dubai, got engaged in Paris two years ago. Then they had their civil wedding in Tbilisi last year. Richard also recently fulfilled his promise to marry Kate in a Catholic way, surrounded by loving family and friends. This time, it was in the Philippines. Richard, who is a Filipino by heart, likes halo-halo and also eats balut! He even made his friends from the different parts of the world try the exotic Filipino delicacy. Have a sneak peek into their lovely celebration! We loved how they really took time to chat and catch up with friends and family, who traveled all the way from New Castle, Dubai, London and a lot more. That thoughtful gesture of serving the refreshing Filipino delicacy halu-halo to all the guests, after the church ceremony, was an awesome idea. They also surprised their guests with a spectacular fireworks display! We also like their couple dance with a twist, the jeepney experience and the fun post ceremony party!
Look at how love can surpass LDR at the time of the new normal, when you’re 4,435 kms apart and at different time zones at that.
Last night was filled with heartfelt love, hearty laughter and heaps of fun! Then couple that with exquisite food, in a beautiful rustic and romantic space that was also made with love.
Congratulations and best wishes once again, Adam and Peach Vee!

It was our first time to cover a couple's wedding that had Metallica's Nothing Else Matters instrumental as the bridal march song.
Instead of robes, the bride and the entourage were in black t-shirts featuring heavy metal bands like Metallica, Iron Maiden, ACDC, Nirvana, etc with matching jeans and boots.
The ambient song of Velvet Revolver and other similar heavy metal songs during the reception filled the halls of @Balay Dako.
The table assignments also went by the name of the said bands, instead of table numbers.
Their cake was black, laced with some flowers.
Their monogram also took inspiration from their Metallica's logo. It was very apparent from the prenup shoot down to their souvenir.
The intimate yet heartfelt wedding celebration of Yeyi and Ian showed their personality and love for music.
Enjoy this preview to that rocking day, Ian and Yeyi! #YEYIAN1D0
"No one ever saw me like you do.
All the things that I could add up to.
I never knew just what a smile was worth.
But your eyes say everything without a single word.
'Cause there's somethin' in the way you look at me.
It's as if my heart knows you're the missing piece.
You made me believe that there's nothing in this world I can't be.
I never know what you see.
But there's somethin' in the way you look at me...."
These were the meaningful and fitting words behind Christian Bautista's bridal song, as Therese was walking down the aisle towards her missing piece and forever, Joey. What the officiating priest said was indeed true, "Ang kasal ay parang kanta. May rhythm..."
And speaking of songs, it was a feast of LSS when the wedding singers brought to life the different songs from Disney princesses movies during the reception. It threw us back to the wonderful memories of our childhood. The wedding singers (including Christian Bautista (Official) , of course!), the beautiful venue (and gondola ride!), the fun games, the sumptuous food, the heartfelt messages, presence of friends and family, made Therese and Joey's celebration of love a very memorable one!
Thank you for having us, Tristan , Therese and Joey!

#JMKMtodayuntilforever fever is still on! 😍 Sharing some photo highlights from the super awesome celebration.
See how Karen and Joseph became mowwwdels for a day! Thanks guys for being a natural and for indulging us in our requested "plandids" and poses - even if it was extremely crazy- hot! It was a fun way to go around LA!
Johnson was sharing during the ceremony that he asked Maricor "Sumama ka sa akin" 25 years ago.
To his delight, Maricor did.
They initially wed in civil ceremony. 25 years and two kids later, they celebrated and renewed their vows at The Forest Barn as though they're getting married for the first time.
And in their 25 years, we learned from this couple that it's not about how often one gives flowers. It's about loving gestures - may it be big or a random act everyday.
Reimagining the first time they met, Yeyi was recalling that Ian was playing a Metallica song using his CD player with head phones, when she took a second look and noticed him. They became friends and eventually, Ian started to make "the moves" by making Yeyi heavy metal music playlists.
They've been head-banging to the heavy metal song of their hearts for almost a decade now.
Air soft.
Lumberjack.
Heavy metal.
These interests made up an awesome combination for the pre-wedding session of rockers, @Yeyi Deoferio and @Ian James Waddell, at The Forest Barn.
This is what it looks like when rustic meets rock.
Sounds familiar.
It was our first thought when we heard Therese and Joey's love story during our first meeting for their pre-wedding shoot. They were also classmates back in first year high school. And they also found their way back to each other after 16 years. It was similar to ours. Haha!
But what was unique and interesting in their story was when Therese shared that Joey was the very first person she met on the very first day of school. From the moment she laid her eyes on him, she hoped that he would have a crush on her. She even wrote a play that they performed in front of the class about them falling in love. She added, “advance ako mag-isip.”
Fall in love, they did. The universe conspired and after 16 years, they’ll soon say yes to forever.

Even if they're 8,222 miles apart, Ken and Chiqui proved that absence can only make the heart grow fonder.
Chiqui already went back to the US when they officially became together on January 2017. So, yes, it was a long distance relationship. As in Philippines - U.S.A.-kind-of-LDR. Imagine the time difference! And the communication and geographical challenges that go with it! But thank God for technology and Facebook, they still got to talk and deepen the special relationship that blossomed beautifully since then.
Chiqui went home on Feb 16, 2018, and Ken didn't wait any longer. He proposed and asked her hand in marriage the month after. The rest is history as they tied the knot one rainy day on June 9, 2018. It was an intense-typhoon-kind-of-rain.
But no strong rain, distance or time difference can hinder a yearning love.
Congratulations and best wishes, Ken and Chiqui!
